In this paper , the problems relevant to the hydrogen embrittlement of titanium alloy has been summarized comprehensively . and based on those vies , the influence of hydrogen on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the titanium alloy ti - 2al - 2 . 5zr was studied , the solubility of hydrogen in the alloy has been measured , hydrogen induced delayed fracture behavior in it has been investigated , and finally the hydrogen induced delayed fracture behavior model was proposed 本文詳細(xì)評(píng)述了國內(nèi)外對(duì)鈦合金的氫脆及相關(guān)問題的研究進(jìn)展,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究了氫對(duì)ti - 2al - 2 . 5zr合金的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能的影響,測試了氫在該合金中的溶解度,并對(duì)其氫致延遲斷裂行為進(jìn)行了分析研究,提出了氫致延遲斷裂的斷裂機(jī)理。
